Sunday Taking it Easy

Well had plans of going back to the city and do some more pictures but back hurting a little I decided to stay in do laundry and expenses. While doing that thought I would post a few more pictures from yesterday. I have one of a squirrel which isn't real exciting but I took this one because of his color. Darker than most squirrels I have see so was interesting to me as he searched for nut and something to eat.

The next picture is a bridge archway and a street player with his saxophone. Pretty common in New York and players all over Central Park. I saw a street act down in the subway yesterday and they were really good and drew a pretty big crown doing there street danceing and they were very entertaining. They did get a pretty good collection but there are 4 of them so they need a big one.

The skyline picture is of West Side Central Park these apartment or condos were built some time ago. Lots of them in the 30's and Art Deco style. Not in this picture but probably 15 blocks or so to the left is where John Lennon lived and was shot. Many movie and music stars live on this street as I guess this is the place to live if you are somebody. Jerry Sinfield and Diana Ross live in the same building about 8 blocks to the left in an old building. I hope to get pictures of the actual old buildings in the days ahead.

It will be back to work tomorrow and the old getting up early to travel!
